I see many people today struggling with sleep issues, feeling anxious, avoiding school or work, lacking motivation, fighting with parents or partners about seemingly simple routines or expectations, spending too much time on technology, are moody and/or irritable or hurting themselves in a number of ways.
Hence, I use a caring and non-judgemental approach to supporting children and teens age 10+ and their families/caregivers who are experiencin challenges with anxiety, depression, conflict with parents, sleep issues, bullying, divorce and separation, anger, trauma, mood disorders, gender dysphoria, sexual identity, attachment, self-injury, addictions, ADHD, self-esteem and more.
I see many young adults transitioning to college or university and long term careers while navigating issues related to relationships, peers, independent living, motivation, study strategies, anxiety, ADHD and overall mental health.
Finally, I also support adults struggling with anxiety, depression, sleep issues, ADHD, work burnout, issues with relationships, trauma and ADHD.
I employ a variety of Cognitive Behavioural, Trauma, Attachment and Strength Based approaches combined with Mindfulness strategies to help people reduce stress, regulate emotions, repair relationships and improve their overall enjoyment of life.
