Terrilee Kelford has been working with children, teens and families with experiences of trauma and mental health challenges for 30+ years. In her capacity as a Registered Psychotherapist she is dedicated to providing compassionate counselling services to individuals and families struggling with mental health issues. Her goal is to empower clients of all ages to achieve their personal and professional goals, and to improve their overall quality and enjoyment of life.

Terrilee believes in the power of volunteering and has devoted many hours to community development projects such as addressing rural youth homelessness and human trafficking. She is a founder, board member, volunteer, fundraiser and public speaker. Ask her about her current work to address rural homelessness on a National level or invite her to speak about mental health, expressive arts, homelessness, human trafficking or a related topic of your choice.

As an amateur artist and Expressive Art Therapist, Terrilee believes strongly in the power of art as a mindful & healing tool. Upon request she will include the use of artistic mediums in her sessions. Terrilee also loves to offer expressive art workshops for groups or schools. Terrilee shows and sells her art work at the Carleton Place Collective.
