Learning How to Manage your Anxiety - for Adolescents:
Over the course of 6 group sessions we will explore the symptoms and impact of anxiety, develop and practice skills to reduce it and use peer support to build self-esteem and communication skills. Current issues affecting youth will also be addressed such as the impact of technology on mental health.

What impact does the use of technology have on young people? Information for parents of children and teens.
What do we know about the impact of technology on children and adolescents? Is it the content or quantity of time spent on tech that is an issue? What is FOMO and JOMO? Over a 1.5 hour period, explore recent research, theories and strategies to address technology in your family.
